"She is currently my State Farm representative. I sent an email to someone in her office inquiring about a new policy and got no response . I called state farm customer service a few weeks later and they sent a message to Ms. Gabrielle Poleon office on my behalf and I was told that someone would get back to me . It’s now been over 2 months and no one from her office has yet to contact me . It’s been super frustrating and disappointing. I just called State Farm again , and they apologized and said that they can give me a new agent . Hopefully my new agent /team actually respond back to clients emails / phone calls . Super disappointed in this office . Would not recommend."

"It really helps when you find someone who knows what they are talking about. My insurance was being raised , yet again, by a competitor. I spoke with Gabrielle, and in less than 30 Minutes, I got more coverage for a fraction of the premium! From $600 to $360 a month. She is super knowledgeable and knows the area! There is something about the personal touch. She did not try to sell me something I didn’t need and actually told me where I had to much coverage and could save some money! Thank you so much!"
