I called state farm customer service a few weeks later and they sent a message to Ms. Gabrielle   Poleon office on my behalf and I was told that someone would get back to me . It’s now been over 2 months and no one from her office has yet to contact me . It’s been super frustrating and disappointing.

I just called State Farm again , and they apologized and said that they can give me a new agent . Hopefully my new agent /team actually respond back to clients emails / phone calls .
